THINKVITALITY FASHION SHOW

How do we describe the thinkVitality Fashion show event? Let's see... fun... emotional... exuberant... chic... and definitely a scene. Created by Lizanne Falsetto, founder and CEO of thinkproducts, which makes natural health bars, the event showcased eco friendly fashion styles from Linda Loudermilk, Deborah Lindquist, Green Babies, Livity Outernational, Indigenous Designs, Under the Canopy, Stewart+Brown, Koi Swimwear and Ecolution. The real treat though was that these designers also made unbelievable fashion creations out of thinkproducts bar wrappers, that were modeled by breast cancer survivors.

Part of the 2008 Natural Products Expo, held last weekend in Anaheim, thinkproduct's Community Campaign, brought together over twenty of the world's top natural industry executives to create awareness about how a natural, healthy lifestyle positively affects disease prevention. With a focus on breast cancer, the event raised $50,000 for Susan G. Komen for the Cure with a fashion show that played to a standing room only crowd of more than 1600 people.

Probably the highlight of the night was Stefanie LaRue, a 32-year old stage 4 mestastatic breast cancer survivor, who survived by commiting to a healthy lifestyle. She spoke eloquently and was decked out in a floor length Deborah Lindquist thinkproducts bar wrapper gown, clearly enjoying life.
